I like Green Juice and I cannot lie! .@capuchinocafemx is a fully vegan restaurant in La Paz, Baja California. With great decor (and a monkey logo to boot), this place had it all! Their menu includes fresh juices, smoothies, breakfasts, burgers, Mexican dishes, salads, and deserts. After going for so long without any options on menus besides rice and beans, it was overwhelming to have so much to choose from on one menu! Not being able to decide what to order made my ultimate decision simple: Come back for seconds! After two visits, I had eaten the veggie burger, the quinoa salad, the falafel, and a green juice. I would recommend them all, but the homemade vegan dressing that came with the falafel made me drool, so hands down go with the chickpeas! If you’re ever in Todos Santos, be sure to stop by this spot to scratch that vegan itch!
